AGE DISPENSATION

The AFL have strict requirements for any player that wishes to play below their standard age level.

Any request must be submitted to the YJFL (via Hawthorn Citz) for review and approval by downloaded and completing the Age Dispensation form.

A Player may seek Dispensation to play in an age group below their applicable age on the basis of either Disability or Physical Size Considerations

Reasons such as “wanting to play with their friends”  or  “misses the age cut off by a week” or ‘new participant to game’ are not valid reasons for the YJFL to approve a dispensation request.
